We've had about 3 months straight of temperatures close to record hot

I bet as soon as it gets cold, somebody is going to say "Weather changes so fast in Texas"

Austin-Bergstrom and Camp Mabry also just recorded their hottest June through September period on record — hotter, even, than 2011.

I'm just saying it's not the hottest summer on record in Dallas.

And I'll repeat my comment as it still applies....

It's been miserable this year no matter where one lives in the state regardless if it's the hottest on record or not.

Austin closes out the hot weather with yet another 100 degree day yesterday at the airport. Amazing!

The rain today is such a welcome relief from this miserable summer. Got some 80's and even some high 70s in the forecast next week. Finally!!!
