He's probably a troll, BUT:

A. Don't ever ask for change from a pizza delivery guy in America. If the pizza costs $11, just give him $15 and leave it at that.

B. It's considered rude in most places in America to speak to strangers. So don't do it.

unless the pizza guy is delivering saint louis style pizza. then he has to pay me to eat it - like a dare.

but anyway guys i am sure there are some better states in US , i am not sure if this Saint louis is one of the good states , both by the people and the city , since every-time i search on the Google i see lot of negative comments about this city .
