They are in Hot Springs also. The Credit Union downtown runs a continuous message on their electronic billboard advising drivers to use their signal lights. My wife and I are trying to get a pool going on how long it will be before it has an impact. It will nprobably be a long time.

Meh: It is a small town where everyone knows everyone else. They know what they drive and where they are gong. There is no need for signal use.

Rant: perhaps it is their way of saving on electricity.
