Why should we believe your supernatural stories when you do not believe those of other religions?
The most prudent course of action is to evaluate each claim on its own.
One should not automatically believe every supernatural claim made by a Christian, and neither should one automatically disbelieve every supernatural claim made by another religion.

Well, lets' your theory, Mike. Do you believe Vishnu has the power to heal physical sickness just like Jesus does?
I'd like to hear why there is no mention of Jesus outside of Bible in ancient works.
I don't know...and this does not bother Christians. Unless the book was lost. Even so, no one refers to Jesus in any way in any language, maybe because he wrote nothing?

Thanks for your feedback, carnelian. Let's look at your statement:

Apparently not. I have no doubt Thoreau and Baptist would buy snow from a salesman in an ice storm. But most of us are not that gullible.

That's always possible. There may have been a hundred secular volumes from historians attesting to Jesus, his miracles, his resurrection, his appearance to Caesar in Rome and in the Roman Coliseum before a standing room only crowd. But they were all lost apparently. What does that say about the Christian god's competence in preserving evidence Jesus was real?

Since Vishnu, if he truly exists, is a devil/demon, I grant that God may permit him to heal physical sickness to whatever degree if it served God's purposes.
So, he may be able to; but not *just like* Jesus does.

But Hindus are saying just the same. "If Jesus truly exists he is a yamdoot. I grant that Vishnu may permit Jesus to heal physical sickness to whatever degree if it served Vishnu's purposes."
So what do Christians do with that, just tell Hindus they are wrong--that Jesus is the one true God while Hindus tell Christians they are wrong--that Vishnu is the one true God." Kinda circular, isn't it? Who's right?

Thank you --- it was interesting reading a lesson in false claims. However, I liked the one I read the other day better. Micheal the archangel was sent to fetch Abraham as he was ancient old. Micheal had a heck of time explaining to Abraham, no one is immortal.
Are you familiar with Jeff Dunham? If not look him up on YouTube.

At the end of the day it doesn't matter who is right or wrong. We all choose our path in this world, God's will is done no matter what we choose.

I don't believe Hindus claim that Vishnu became incarnate as a human.
Jesus was a human who proved His Divinity by rising from the dead. He established a visible society with his followers as its leaders that still exists to this day.
