To me, atheists should be some of the happiest people on earth. But many of them seem so miserable. I think it's because they really aren't sure they're right, and they know what awaits them if they're wrong.

Quite the opposite; it's about exposing the over-the-top invasion of discussion in this area of the forum, for selfish reasons, and make it identical to the atheism forum. It obviously bugs atheists to the core to see others have belief in higher powers, and experience spiritual matters.

The mature approach that used to be here was live and let live (or believe), but not anymore.

What's obvious to me is the shaky foundation upon which your belief rests.

LOL I can only laugh, not only because that's insanely ridiculous and false, but also because there's no possibility or evidence of that. You can do nothing more than throw out a lame and worn out accusation. Based on your lost and aimless ways, you're the one who's shaky.

Gotta love these semi-veiled portents of burning atheist flesh from the fundies.

Your whining is louder than your lol-ing.

You don't fool me. If you were confident in your beliefs, the lack of beliefs from atheists would be as water off a duck's back.

Atheists are so extreme that even moderates seem fundy to them. If anyone can think for his or herself, and isn't an atheist, he/she is automatically a fundy and threat to their feeble and limited brains

I wouldn't know, not being one.

I'm just saying how you appear to me.

This is a defense of this forum, or at least how it once existed, not any belief system.

Even if you guys wreck this forum, you will have not done anything against belief systems. So your ultimate plans and goal will have failed. That could be the most humorous aspect of all.

Not at all. Rarely do we go into the christian portion of the forum.

This part of the forum, however, is about the pros and cons of religion and spirituality. As "Psychology Today" put it: "Spirituality means something different to everyone. For some, it's about participating in organized religion: going to a church, synagogue, mosque, and so on. For others, spirituality is a non-religious experience that varies from person to person—some people get in touch with their spiritual side through private prayer, yoga, meditation, quiet reflection, a belief in the supernatural, or even long walks."

We know you think you have a monopoly on all things spiritual, but you don't. And you need to get over yourselves. Honestly, I think some of the christians who post here ought to become contortionists so you could die in your own arms.
