Honestly, I think he is just lazy. I think, that he knows that he can get by with this, and she will just put up with it.
Oooh, that's not good. I have a few friends that are married to guys like that...can't even give their kids a bath! I have one friend that has to hire a babysitter to watch the kids, feed them and bath them if she is going out with her friends and the husband is at home!! WTH? That would not fly in our home...

REALLY! Her husband is also passive aggressive as heck. When she asked him to throw a load of laundry in the washer (not ask him to do all the laundry) he poured BLEACH into the washer and when the clothes came out totally trashed she confronted him.
He told her "Oooops! Guess you won't be asking me to do laundry anymore...I just can't seem to get the hang of it"
