A lot of people have been saying that because fewer people are on the roads because they're working from home that the roads are a free-for-all. Many people who are out driving around are not being responsible.

I guess subtly and nuance aren't in style anymore.
I'm totally an old, and hip hop isn't really my thing, but that song is *vulgar* <clutches pearls> It's catchy, but it's not clever. I'll never stir macaroni in a pot the same way ever again.

Yeah, I don't think she's in the same talent realm as LL, but that's another post. I too wasn't offended but it's just kind of so out there anymore. I know every generation pushes the edge and all of that.

It seems also with the widespread prevalence of porn and what appears to be a mainstreaming of porn to some degree that it's like it feels like it's borrowing pretty heavily porn watch her vid with all of the skin and the subject matter and all. It's just something that struck me while I was watching it. I know that there's obviously a difference between music vids and porn.

I guess I sound like an old man screaming get off my lawn.

It funny using that word vulgar, that was one of the my first thoughts was jeez, man this is pretty vulgar stuff.

I'm not too easily offended really and I have a strange sense of humor so I'm pretty open to things that might be off or offensive to others.

I'll read a movie review comments and sometimes you'll see something from someone and they comment on how awful the language was or why did they have to be so crude and I'll be scratching my head, I might have heard a damn here and there or something very minor and not much of it and wondering how some people can get so worked up about that. I suppose everyone has different sensibilities for what offends them I guess.

I just can't imagine trying to raise kids when they are just so bombarded by this kind of imagery, girls or boys, doesn't matter, I think sometimes we need to dial things back a bit, but whatever. I don't have kids so maybe I'm out of line here, I don't know.

I will never think of macaroni the same, ever again.

The State Patrol in a neighboring state have wrote at least 200 speeding tickets in excess of 100 MPH since March.

As far what I have encountered, my workload hasn't slowed up. There was two months of being hamstrung on what I was able to do.

Fixed a pot roast today. It is one of the best that I have ever fixed. It will be even better for supper tonight.

Although I am SO thankful to have a job, WFH is getting to me. I am in a RUT.

I know I sound like a spoiled baby. I truly know that.

Started the day with news that Diana Rigg, most famous for playing MRS. Emma Peel passed away. She was one pretty lady, classy in the best sense of the word.

The sky here has been depressingly gloomy. All orange from the fires. This pic is from 2017's batch of fires.

I’m in the same boat. People are asking me to do the “hard but unimportant stuff” and taking all the tasks that gives them quick recognition points. It’s annoying to me at times, because I rarely get recognized for my hard work even though I put in time to think and solve the problems.

Work from home must be nice. I do not have that option.

It can be nice and it has a lot of positives. But being at home ALL day and having my office space in my bedroom is tiring. I know that things can be worse though, trust me!
