Did the condom break or was it made in China? If you take proper precautions, I don't see how you could end up with something. Of course if could also depend where you live. My people-pleasing was done in a city with an abnormally low rate of STDs

I think I might have been looking for something like that. Problem was, I was too young and so were they. The few I really wanted to keep, had no interest in settling down for anything long term because they were high school guys at the time.
Given that my wild years were in the mid-late 90's, I consider myself VERY lucky I never caught anything. I was on the pill and got tested frequently, thanks to my Mom.

sure, but people break up. date someone for two years, a year single, date someone for a year, 2 years single, date someone for a few years....there's a lot of room in there for extra numbers to creep in.
I don't have that many under belt. I've been in a relationship for a long long time.
I've been around the block enough to know that high numbers doesn't mean crap... at least if you wanna attach any kind of "ego" to it.....men seem to think it makes them somehow macho or whatever... I never got it... even when I had really really low numbers.... having large numbers just means you've been around.... what is to brag about.... you actually learn to be a better lover by paying attention to the woman that you are WITH...... her... not whatever pony trick you learned with the last... might work, might not....... IDK... maybe I'm over-thinking it.

I agree, it's fairly rare for a couples to get married right out of high school and never have other relationships.
