"There ya go...disect away! I'm not sure how that changes the fact that I wasn't sure what to do and felt awkward accepting a drink, which is why I asked what the etiquette was.
Would I have done something differently if it was only sent to me by one man? If so, what? I'm still married, still not interested, still would have felt awkward and still wouldn't have been sure about how to react."
You did fine and all this over-analyzing is really boring beyond belief!

Sorry, I was trying NOT to over-analyze...it was honestly just a simple question and I was just hoping for simple answers

The only time I went to lunch with a co-worker was when a supervisor took me to lunch for my yearly review. Other than that, 98% of the time I take my lunch to work as does my wife. The other 2% of the time, I'd go to Micky D's and eat it in my office. In the last 11 years, my wife has eaten out with a co-workers maybe 5 times.
Nope, do very little without my wife......
-Our boat goes out, she's right there!
-Go fishing, she's with me! She has her own freshwater and saltwater gear.
-Go to the Target Range, she with me! She has her own firearms and loves to shoot.
Neither of us play golf, but do watch it on tv.
Since I'm unemployed right now, I will sometimes do a few errands during the day while she is at work.
Do we do anything apart, well sort of: while I'm on one computer playing a game, she's on the other doing her writing or playing a game.
We have no kids and no family lives anywhere close to us.
We just happen to LOVE doing a lot-to-most things together.
justthe6ofus: I'm curious, you never went to lunch with people from work without your spouse? Never went to a baseball game with buddies, played golf, etc. without your spouse?
It's not a big deal. The bartender is right, just say thanks and accept the drink. You could have always gone over to the guy and told him your were married if he didn't see your ring (if you wear one). Ya know? Men usually won't care anyway (not all but some men in bars).

Heck I know a number of married women that go out with friends and hope someone buys them a drink.
