The LLC that bought the land has a member who's Mom is a friend of the Brother of the Sister of the mail man's cousin, who is very high up at Amazon I hear.

Yes, i’ve also heard that some builder is building for an Apple exec in North Raleigh. And a someone who interviewed with Apple in CA got offered a position in RTP.

IHMO it’s all creative speculation at this time. It’s very much possible that someone else got a great deal on that piece of land since Apple backed out.

You can’t randomly buy land in RTP unless something has changed. Here is the history (at least the last few) http://services.wakegov.com/realesta...pin=0736845198 I'm wondering what the Triangle Service Center entity is.

As far as people building houses, I take it with a grain of salt. I've heard plenty of people tell me lots of real estate rumors including Apple was a done deal to take Dix Park. People say random crap.
