Not quite the same, but I grew up in the UK in the 1970's and we didn't have a shower, so I used to bath with my brother and my mum had this plastic attachment that looked like a big Y and it would attach to the hot and cold taps and then there was a "shower" at the end, and that's how she washed our hair. But quite often, the hot would run out as our hot water tank was the size of a shoebox and she'd be washing our hair with freezing cold British water!
I'm on my mom's phone plan/bill, and there's a deal out now that you can upgrade your phone for free (minus the taxes) and your monthly bill goes down (or something to this effect). Now I have to upgrade my phone, too. I can't tell you how much I do not want to do this. I don't want or need a new phone. I also don't want to spend half of my day off in a cell phone store.
I bought lawn-sized garbage bags for the kitchen. I don't have a lawn.
Apparently when you wash your old pot holders, you need to make sure the cotton (or whatever that is inside) has not shifted/separated - especially before you grab an iron skillet out of the oven.

I made shrimp stock with langostino shells AND the heads/eyes. Now I'm afraid to try the soup, after cooking those heads/eyes overnight. It's all strained but still.
Counting on you, cayenne, paprika and heavy cream-----
