Are you saying the whole world is that shallow?
The poster asked what he had done for others around the world to like us better, and I posted them. It's pretty straight forward. The world saw Bush as an arrogant jerk, bully boy and war monger who thumbed his nose at the UN while dismissing diplomacy, killing hundreds of thousands in the process.

If you are calling common decency, diplomacy and graciousness "shallow" then it's probably impossible to get somebody like you to understand. Put simply, if the rest of the world prefers Obama, which they do, there is a reason for that. Those reasons (some of them) have been posted here right now. You can have some tiny little epiphany this morning and realize the majority of the world doesn't embrace your cowboy chest beating jingoism, or continue to live your delusion, I could care less.

Was there an asnwer to my questions in there?
If there was, I missed it.
I kept it pretty simple for you folk.

Agreed. The U.S. is the most admired country again, and they won't accept it simply because Obama is the President. So petty.

I think it's true: They not only want Obama to fail, they want the U.S. to fail as long as he's in charge.

Like I said, pretty straight forward. You get a FAIL for reading comprehension. No big surprise though.

Thanks to Barack Obama and the people who voted him into office. It's good to be back on top!
Sounds like you are a believer in American Exceptionalism now?

This reminds me of those "city vs city" threads, or "My city is more diverse than yours." LOL
