Qatar has a per capita income of 88,000 a year (PPP), and has a human development index that is rated as "very high."

And Obama assured us we're still a AAA credit rating country.

Much of our poverty is being imported from third world regions, they bring their cultural ways with them and have incredible birth rates. The responsible types aren't having near as many children as the irresponsible and in many regions, more children are born to welfare mothers than to working taxpaying families.

The War on Poverty has proved to the the biggest failure that ever was.
