#1- what happens to an American that is terminated for a positive drugs test or a "dilute specimen"??
now that private company's can terminate someone for nicotine or medical legal cannabis consumption what are their options to earn a living?
did you know that someone can be fired after a drugs test for drinking the amount of water any athlete drinks or eating poppy seed bagels?
when an American get fired for a drugs test they are not able to collect unemployment in may states, no help, no job and what are your options for suffering from addiction?? A life of crime?
Apparently the left has received it's marching orders and they've now moved on to telling everyone how income inequality is the most pressing issue of the century.
Right to work and being terminated for drug tests is not something new, it's been around for decades. It hasn't turned the US into a 3rd world country in any of that time. This conspiracy theory that it somehow magically happened just now to make the US into a third world country because of Obama and Democrats is completely loony. It doesn't even pass the laugh test.
A lot of Americans who advocate small government should look to the 3rd World for inspiration. Large parts of Africa, the Middle East, Haiti, and Afganistan and Pakistan have little or no government what so ever , you can have all the guns (even military issue automatics) you want and if you get pissed off at someone you can shoot em and not have to wrry about being dragged into the Legal system (No courts remember. As for money or taxes you must be kidding they don't exist and its the law of the jungle . Also who needs to go to school!
This is easy....Progressives. It's called "leveling the playing field" or "managed decline".
