If there is no venue to prosecute these combatants, then there is also no jurisdiction to detain them.

My suggestion is to set them up in a new, paid off house, in Dick Cheney's neighborhood so that birds of a feather can golf together.

I would prefer to set them up in neighborhoods where high-level ACLU members live. After all, they are the main ones lobbying to release these kinds of people. I'm no lover of Dick Cheney, but I'm sure he's not for bringing them to our country.

There seems to be some "backing off" going on now so I thought maybe someone here can remind me why that was so important and how borrowing tens of millions of dollars and changing the geographic coordinates will solve it.

All 0bama has to do, is the same thing he should have done with the Air Force One photo op, just Photoshop it, metaphorically speaking. All he needed to do was close GITMO, do a bit of remodeling, and reopen it with a warm and fuzzy sounding name.

Just like many things that seemed unnecessary while "candidate 0bama" suddenly become indispensable and truly necessary once he became president 0bama. Funny how we on the right have been correct on so many things all along.
