And yet, your first post in this thread mentioned vigilantes, as if you had information no one else has.

None of that matters really though when woke leftist Sorus funded DA's in big blue areas throw pretty much all of the laws on the books right out the window and release criminals right back onto the streets.

That's exactly like saying a woman deserved to be raped because she was wearing provocative clothing. The act of confronting someone breaking into a car is not illegal, nor is it an act of aggression. Attacking someone who confronts you while you're breaking into a car is an act of aggression and is illegal.

It’s nothing like saying a woman deserved to be raped. We are talking about a legal standard for a self defense argument.

Your commentary about this specific case immediately brings up murder.

It is precisely the same.

Confronting someone who is breaking into a car is NOT illegal.
Dressing provocatively is NOT illegal.

Reacting to legal activities (dressing provocatively, confronting someone breaking into a car) with violence (rape, attacking the person who confronts you while you are breaking into a car) IS illegal.

Pretty simple concept. You're victim shaming.

It’s not illegal but if your argument is that you killed someone because you feared for your life, it’s very relevant if you put yourself in the danger situation by confronting a thief. Again I am talking about a legal argument. Confronting a thief is not the same as simply dressing in a provocative way.
