Guess all these years later, Dan Quayle has been proven that he was right.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~
As our country commemorates Father’s Day this weekend, it is important that we recognize the millions of children throughout our nation who are growing up without their fathers. Data from the United States Census Bureau shows that nearly 18.5 million children grow up without their fathers, which has in return led to the United States owning the title of the world’s leader in fatherlessness.
We know that fatherhood is essential to the development of our children and that the increased involvement of fathers in the home leads to better results on a wide variety of outcomes. From economic prosperity, increased academic performance, to improved social mobility; fathers in their respective homes continues to be a key indicator of success for all children across racial, ethnic, and socio-economic groups. That is why we have joined forces to introduce a resolution into the U.S. House of Representatives that promotes fatherhood and its proven benefit to society.
Danial Moynahan told us about 60 years ago. It's only gotten worse.
When you lower standards society suffers.
Hey hey,..slow your roll.
We don't do that here.
You can't talk like that,..lol. That's misogynist and only perpetuates the white male patriarchy.
To even mention a nuclear family puts you in the conservative camp. Meaning, a Trump camp,..meaning a naz* bigot camp.
And people are sooo scared of being called that they buckle and swallow the 'progressive' coddling.
Happy Father's Day, ya filthy animal!
I say this every chance I get in threads talking about crime etc. the destruction of the family by the left has caused many of our problems. Progressives are still at it today “deconstructing” the traditional, nature made family. Anything to do with normal, they are trying tear down. Things will only get worse as long as this continues.
Wait for it. It won’t be long before a lefty comes on this thread and talks about leave it to beaver and blah blah blah…. All they will do is deflect. You will never get a lefty to admit the destruction of the family is the problem. It has to be governments fault. Not enough sex education and not enough handouts.
Families are the cellular building block of communities, states, and cultures.
The increasing number of broken families is like a cancer spreading through the body.
Not just fathers, but a lack of male authority in general.
The statistics for kids raised with and without fathers are glaring in terms of outcome.
Huge huge gulfs in finishing highschool, substance abuse, staying out of prison etc. etc. etc.
Not sure what you're implying by smokescreen but it's a big proven deal.
