What free cheques is the U.S. writing to Ukraine? They are writing them to American companies.
So US government using tax money to pay American weapon companies to give Ukraine weapon, therefore, Ukraine does not receive free checks from US government?
Sounds like Greece might be sending a lot more Leopards than expected. I thought Ukraine would get 150ish total and not much more in 2023, but maybe they will get the 300 MBT they were hoping for. Hopefully they learn to use them in combined tactics with all the IFVs they are receiving.
This is disgusting what we’re doing with Ukraine, using them as sheep to the slaughter while we pump and launder hundreds of billions of US taxpayer dollars into their country. Trump is right, this would never happen under his watch. There is sick people in charge of policy right now and their dangerous and sadistic actions are going unchecked under a puppet/absentee president. They’re using countries as pawns in their global proxy war, if we continue down this path there will be a world war. And over what? The Donbass, an issue the American public knew nothing about a year ago and it frankly doesn’t concern us.
Now, through the media and their controllers, a large portion of the public and the globe is cheering on tanks, planes, war as hundreds of thousands are dying. We have two more years with Joe, let’s hope we last it.
Here is Perun with his latest take on the war. This guy does thorough research on the subject. He brings a neutral voice to the table. Most interesting to me is Russian propaganda tactics. They appear to be winning the information war.

He is an expert on the Russian military and has similar analysis of not celebrating any Ukraine victory just yet and makes the point of not underestimating Russian capabilities although they are constrained. Even if Ukraine does not win this war neither does Russia. The Ukrainians will conduct a military led counter insurgency and grind down Russia for as long as they exist in Ukraine. Spring/Summer 2023 will be decisive in this conflict.
