Biden will be drooling out of his mouth and staring off into space, just as Dementia patients often do....The Democrats don't want Biden speaking AT ALL until November 3rd, for fear America will see how far "gone" he is...
And the constant lies Biden pushes keep undermine any credibility he might have..how many times has Biden pushed the "very fine people" lie?
It's not up to Trump. He doesn't rule the universe. The debate commission sets the parameters for the debates. He can accept the rules or cancel.
The rules were set before the debates began. He did accept the rules. Now, they're changing them, along with the TOPIC of the debate.
The debate commission "doesn't rule the universe," either. THEY are breaking THEIR OWN rules by changing things up at the last minute.
If you have a single ounce of intelligence in that head of yours, and a single gram of honesty in your heart, you'll be straight about this. You don't have to support Trump to acknowledge that he's not being treated fairly. It's patently obvious, and denying it just makes you look foolish or dishonest.
If Trump can be confident that he can say WHATEVER he wants during his two minutes, without having to fight off a tag-team attack led by the moderator, then this should be acceptable.
If Trump is not confident that his time will be respected and not interferred with, especially by the TDS afflicted moderator that has been brought in, then he should cancel.
That would leave Joe to fill an hour and a half explaining what he wants to accomplish with no pushback.
I will be happy for this actually but it shouldn't have to happen because both should act like adults instead of children. Both parties agreed to uninterrupted time in the first one. If either party can't remember a point they want to make about something that was said for two minutes then they both have problems.
There is one more change that was made here, as you know very well. They changed the topics at the last minute. For the entire debate. It was supposed to be the foreign policy debate. Now the topics list looks like it was created by Rachel Maddie and whoever Joe Biden''s campaign manager is. This was all clearly done to protect and assist Joe Biden.
The two minute cut-off would be fine, if it applied equally, and if that was the only change. I expect Trump would be fine with it - IF he could be confident that his time would be his to use HOWEVER he wants, without interference from the "moderator".
There is virtually no chance of this being handled in that sort of fair and professional manner.
The fix is in and they are going out of their way to make sure that President Trump knows it. These people are so corrupt. It would be very diificult to overstate the extent of that corruption at this point.
Trump, as leader of the free world and the greatest country on earth and the best president ever, should be able to handle any of these questions.
If he is going to be flustered by a moderator, how does he handle tough questions with Putin, Xi and Kim Jong Un? He's being asked to follow the same rules as Biden. It is that simple. If Trump needs a handicap (which means one side plays by a different set of rules to their own advantage), then maybe he is a weak candidate.
Best part is, if this debate was about foreign policy, Trumpers would be complaining that is about foreign policy instead of domestic issues. All Trump and Trumpers due is tee up excuses.
So far as debates are concerned, what we've seen is that Trump is a "if I don't get what I want, I'm taking my ball and going home" candidate.

The debate committee are the ones taking their ball home if Trump doesn't adhere to the RULE CHANGES made to protect Biden!

Yup. The Debate Commission chose registered Democrats who HATE Trump for every single debate and town hall. Not a single Republican among them. Now they are switching out the topics at the last minute because foreign relations will make Biden look bad.
And the brainwashed leftists keep insisting there’s no bias.
Censorship. Trump should only debate under the rules both sides agreed to.
well he did agree to the rules and this is just enforcing it. he also agreed to get tested before the last debate and that everyone would wear a mask. how did he do on those rules?
