Mercy, people seem to be quite upset about something they claim is meaningless.

This impeachment of this president carries absolutely no weight at all, unless he is removed, and that is highly unlikely.
Saying he was impeached is useless, because it means nothing.
Impeachment carries no penalties if the senate does not remove him.
Why are the dems so high on this one word that means nothing?

So what, Trump was impeached.
Just what does that mean?
Does that limit him from doing anything?
Does he now have to go sit in a corner until the dems tell him it's ok to come out?
Why do you dems think this "impeachment" is so important, when nothing changes?

Bob.
Nope, the word doesn't bother me at all. I'm used to hearing words over and over in the news like "snow" and "peace talks" and "Brexit" and "mass shooting." I'm much more fed up with hearing the words "mass shooting."

But, no, "impeachment" isn't meaningless. For anyone who understands politics and history, it's a profound rebuke and disgrace that has been visited on very few presidents, none of whose misdeeds are as great as Trump's.

And it is, of course, a gateway to more.

They have every right to be. We love our country and we love the constitution. Don't try and shame us for being Americans.

Wer'e better than you. That's what really gets to you...and you know it. It's why you fight so hard.

We're moving on. You're not coming.

Just as actors who win Oscars are forever described as "Oscar winning," Trump will forever be "Impeached President Trump."

Well since you put it that way, let the madness continue.
The less those clowns do to us, the better off we are. Being a Representative should have always been a part-time gig anyway.
You know, they should go home to a real job because how many freaking laws do we really need?

Nixon wasn't impeached.

He would have been, but he resigned before any articles of impeachment could be voted on on the house floor.
