Historically Presidents have not made speeches on July 4th.

The left will find something to complain about....hell, not to long ago, they could not find something to complain about his WW2 speech, until after it was done.....then they found something...as miniscual as it was...it lasted in the press for a few days....

I'm simply a middle of the road Moderate who will enjoy seeing the balloon effigy of our President paraded through the capitol. Frankly, it's amusing as hell, especially as he has basically commandeered the celebration for his own purposes.
