What did this friend do? What exactly is the definition of "excessive"?
1). Did the friend keep a diary/calendar with a precise of how many beers per hour that BK drank?
2). Did the friend test BK hourly with a Breathalyzer to check his alcohol levels?
#2 is probably the only possible "evidence".

He was more than just upset. That fierce anger, coupled with the disproportionate weepiness, indicates there are some deep-seated emotional issues seething within Mr. Kavanaugh. It's completely fair and objective to ask whether or not he has the right temperament and demeanor to be a Sup Ct justice. I don't think he does.
Temperament aside, Kavanaugh carried on about how certain people had it in for him. Who does that during a job interview?
The belligerent attitude, the weepiness, the lying, ... none of these are qualities we look for in a Supreme Court Justice.

Yeah, I would be right out just from the parties when I played ice hockey. Those Canucks can really drink some beer I tell ya (Canadian beer is strong)! Ah, that must make them all criminals according to some on here.
No one really believes that, but it is the lefts talking point now that everything else is falling apart. All fair minded adults saw a response entirely proportionate to the accusation and impact.

Exactly right. Although she was upset, Dr. Ford carried herself with more dignity and maturity than Kavanaugh or Graham did.
