For the record: Senator Jeff Flake's closing comment re the FBI's investigation's time and scope:

Quote:
I think it would be proper to delay the for vote for up to, but not more than one week, in order to let the FBI do an investigation limited in time and scope to the current allegations that are there.

#2 is probably the only possible "evidence".

Shall we move on the counting Farts now??
I know, it’s absolutely absurd! Wow, he drank in high school and college! Hang him high!

Temperament aside, Kavanaugh carried on about how certain people had it in for him. Who does that during a job interview?

The belligerent attitude, the weepiness, the lying, ... none of these are qualities we look for in a Supreme Court Justice.

Yeah, I would be right out just from the parties when I played ice hockey. Those Canucks can really drink some beer I tell ya (Canadian beer is strong)! Ah, that must make them all criminals according to some on here.

USA Today is no liberal rag:

"Even with Jeff Flake's FBI investigation, Brett Kavanaugh Is unfit to serve

After his intemperate tirade against Democrats, with his rancorous tone and belief in hostile conspiracies, Brett Kavanaugh has disqualified himself.

Kavanaugh was not simply angry; he was unhinged."

Heh. 80s for me was boarding school. Alcohol and pot were the things making rounds there. A few were into LSD and shrooms. Mostly, the big “rebellious” thing for us was smoking cigarettes - finding those “hidden” places on campus to smoke. Gah, we were such dorks when I look back on it now.

You mean the USA Today that posted a picture of Kavanaugh’s daughter’s basketball team and then suggested he shouldn’t be allowed to coach anymore just in case he was a pedophile? That USA Today? Yeah, seems like they’re doing some real hard hitting neutral journalism over there.

Exactly right. Although she was upset, Dr. Ford carried herself with more dignity and maturity than Kavanaugh or Graham did.
