LOL, that's exactly how things worked under Obama. And flooding the country with illegals sure hasn't helped the situation. More than anything, the dems have been working to turn America into a 3rd world country.
Obama's America = Replacing skilled American workers with low wage unskilled illegal immigrants. Not acceptable.
The right's America = break unions so workers no longer have collective bargaining rights. Pass laws allowing an employer to fire a worker for any reason whatsoever, or no reason at all, and make sure the worker has no legal recourse. Keep the workers' wages as low as possible (and this is easy because you have removed their ability to bargain) and make sure the lion's share of profits flow up to the billion dollar C-suite and their shareholders, with very little shared with those who do the actual work. Got to keep those golden parachutes and big bonuses flowing to the "job creators." The little workers will keep their heads down and plug along for their daily crumbs, because by then that's all they have left.

Again, you describe Obama's America. Did you not see most of those corporate profits going towards the repurchase of their own company's shares? This pushed the stock market into overvalued territory, and liberals often cited this as an example of how great of a job Obama was doing.
I wasn't aware that you require someone to bargain for you. Sucks to be you I guess. Maybe you should improve upon that if you desire a better future.

You are literally arguing that the economy was too good, therefore, they repurchased their companies instead of investing in people.
No, dear, the Democrats did not set out to break the unions. That's all the right wing's doing.
Unions have nearly died because you can't pay an American $30/hr to do a job that creates only $2 worth of wealth/output in an hour. The wealth created is often low because many of these jobs are done in third world countries where labor is extremely cheap. Trump is using tariffs to help protect workers from this, but dems are busy calling him Hitler, burning American flags, and generally wasting their lives away in an unproductive manner, which is definitely not helping their cause, whatever it may be.
Right now, the public sector is where unions still have some power, since they live off tax payer monies. Anyone with any basic economic sense knows, this is a bad thing. You cannot have a large, parasitic unionized workforce draining wealth from the working class that enjoys no such union representation.
Now they are the party of gays,lesbians,trannys, ILLEGALS .
They support thugs from a hate group ( Black Lives Matter) who block freeways that blue collar workers drive on, block light rail lines to prevent blue collar workers from attending a ball game.
Liberal Democrats applaud this and say the protesters' rights trump your rights.
