San Fran - is now doing it in the open on a local scale. Is it really a mystery where the majority of these extra votes are coming from?
i'm going to take a leap here and assume that you are taking a statement by Obama out of context or is there a different President you are referring to?

He’s purposely conflated being able to vote for school board officials with being able to vote in general elections.

True the Vote cannot even find any fraudulent voters. Believe me they tried. All they can do now is train poll watchers.

Several states permit residents, not citizens, to vote in local elections. Been doing it for years.

Some allow non residents but USA citizens to vote in bond election. Such as a person owns a business but lives in another town.

Heck a school district in Texas was sending busses to another town to pick up students. The town the kids were being bussed from sued.

Inaccurate, Costly, and Inefficient | The Pew Charitable Trusts

Quote:

Research commissioned by the Pew Center on the States highlights the extent of the challenge:
  • Approximately 24 million—one of every eight—voter registrations in the United States are no longer valid or are significantly inaccurate.
  • More than 1.8 million deceased individuals are listed as voters.
  • Approximately 2.75 million people have registrations in more than one state.

Just so it's clear this is no indication of fraud however it is an indicator for the huge potential for fraud.

As a recent study of voting in New Hampshire showed, improper voting was next to nil; literally a handful in nearly 900,000 ballots examined.

How do you determine if it's valid if you have not positively identified the voter when it was cast? This isn't a crime like murder where you have dead body.
