So North Carolina wants Republicans so they can have coal waste? Let them have all the coal waste they can choke on. Why should Democrats care about the environment in red states if the states themselves don’t care? Maybe someday they can visit western states and see what there’s could have been. NC repubs are ok with coal waste, losing their healthcare, offshore drilling, etc., as long as it pisses off the stoopid libruls. The MAGA is strong around here.
I'm relieved to find that most coal fired power plants are in the Eastern half of the U.S. and predominantly in Trump country, so at least there's that.
