This shouldn't be that hard.
Eat a healthy diet, get adequate sleep (7-8 hrs), and do exercise.

With 75% of the adult population overweight/ obese it is no wonder there are 20 million with diagnosed Diabetes and just as many who are yet to be undiagnosed. On average, it costs nearly $10,000 to treat Diabetes and complications.

Weight increases vulnerability to heart disease, stroke, some cancers and joint deterioration.

We are the fattest people in the developed world and getting fatter each decade. No surprise we spend more on healthcare than the rest of the world.

This thread shouldn't be in this forum. Maybe a moderator can move it. There are many more of these discussions on the Health forums.

As long as people keep begging for free healthcare it belongs here as a reminder. Lazy unmotivated people want your tax dollars so they can remain lazy and unmotivated.

Insurance premiums could be tied to waist sizes. Those with waists in the generous healthy range pay $x. Those with waist sizes greater than the healthy range pay more based on how much more. Can’t afford it. Too bad.

Give the masses 2 years notice to drop the lbs.

Reducing the demand for healthcare will lower the cost of healthcare.

good luck with that. We put folks in prison for putting unapproved substances in their bodies and that still doesnt stop them.
