If she doesn't like the First Amendment (or any other part of the Constitution) she's free to leave the country, no exit visa required.

Dear Janet Murguia,

This is AMERICA and We Do Have Laws regardless of how you think and spout off

CHAPTER 12--IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY

SUBCHAPTER II--IMMIGRATION

Part VIII--General Penalty Provisions

Sec. 1326. Reentry of removed aliens

(a) In general

Subject to subsection (b) of this section, any alien who--
(1) has been denied admission, excluded, deported, or removed or
has departed the United States while an order of exclusion,
deportation, or removal is outstanding, and thereafter
(2) enters, attempts to enter, or is at any time found in, the
United States, unless (A) prior to his reembarkation at a place
outside the United States or his application for admission from
foreign contiguous territory, the Attorney General has expressly
consented to such alien's reapplying for admission; or (B) with
respect to an alien previously denied admission and removed, unless

alien shall be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 10
years, or both; (2) whose removal was subsequent to a conviction for commission
of an aggravated felony, such alien shall be fined under such title,

Most of my views are very conservative but on this issue I have veered kinda to the left. It sounds dumb but watching movies on Netflix like "Sin Nombre" and "Under the Same Moon" opened my eyes to the plight of children in South and Central America. Also now I know a young guy from El Salvador who is here illegally. He is the hardest worker I have ever seen. Most Americans seem really lazy when compared to this young man. He isn't on any taxpayer assistance and he lives very poor so he can send his money all home to family in El Salvador. Besides being illegal he breaks no laws. He pays people to put his car in their name and insurance so he is covered. He has been burned several times by greedy, dishonest people. He is learning English, is proud to be in America and wants to be legal so bad. He deserves to be here more than the loads of people I know (from my line of work) who refuse to integrate into the culture, fly their own flags, live on welfare and don't work...in my opinion.
I'll never be swayed by propaganda films. It may be true that it is unfortunate for them to have been born where they were but that doesn't excuse them for coming here illegally. There is a legal process to follow. We can't take in the whole world who were unfortunate enough to be born somewhere else. They need to seek changes in their own countries. If I can't afford a Mercedes because I was born poor is it alright for me to steal someone else's because they were fortunate enough to be born into wealth?

Your lazy American remark holds no water either. Most American aren't lazy and work hard.

So you use one illegal alien as an example of what most illegal aliens are all about? How is he able to work if not by working under the table (tax evasion) or under a fake or stolen ID (a felony)? Has it occurred to you that the job he took illegally could have gone to an American? So yes, he has broken those laws and apparently insurance fraud also.

He isn't an American since he is here illegally. That takes citizenship papers.

If chants of "USA, USA" are so offensive to this disgusting person they need to GTFO of this country. She can go drum up support for criminals in Mexico.

She's a despicable, ethnocentric, racist traitor plain and simple. So chanting USA, USA made her sick but not this? "Murguia did not say anything about the "Viva La Raza!" chants from pro-amnesty advocates in Murrieta".

What a an anti-American hypocrite!
