It's a former men's detention center in Karnes City. Each 'suite' is a long narrow former cell with 4 bunk beds that sleeps 8 people who share a small tv and a small bathroom.

The soccer field is a former outdoor exercise area that's had soccer goals added. The health club is the former indoor rec room, with ping-pong tables left over from when it was a jail.
I'm all for emptying non-violent, first-time offenders out of the detention centers and changing them into facilities to house homeless vets.
Lol! Too funny! Now they want Obama to act on his own? What a bipolar party! You can't make this stuff up.
I'll try to explain slowly and simply for the foreigners:
In this country, a bill is conceived, discussed, and if it's decided -- after testing the waters -- the bill doesn't have enough support in the House -- it may be dropped, to start over.
If it does pass the House, it must then go through the Senate, and then to the President.

It's almost unheard of for the Speaker of the House, the Majority Leader, and the Majority Whip to all be solidly behind a bill carefully crafted by their own party and then have the bill blow up in their own faces without the other party ever getting a crack at it.
Bahahaha the GOP leadership is an embarrassment. They let Ted Cruz bring them to their knees. Oh and this :
"In a joint statement, GOP leaders said they would continue to work towards a solution and put the onus on President Obama to act on his own.
"There are numerous steps the president can and should be taking right now, without the need for congressional action, to secure our borders and ensure these children are returned swiftly and safely to their countries," read the statement."
So they sued the president for taking action and now they want him to take more executive action. You just can't make this up. Someone throw Boehner's weak a** out. The Tea Party run the house.
It's not funny. It's just further confirmation that the GOP, DEM & the President do not want to control the border. NONE of them have any intention of ever getting it under control. Fend for yourselves.
