Yes, liberals own guns. Crazy right wingers fondle their guns.

Know the difference.

And that is the mentality of a perpetual 2 year old! This type of immaturity personifies and dominates leftists. That grown adults behave in such childish ways only guarantees divisiveness and tension.

The first point being missed here is that as pinciples go, the Ten Commendments should offend no decent person, as we should all be able to agree as civilized people that it is wrong and undesirable to lie, cheat, steal, and murder. How can anyone that is not a psychopathic criminal deviate argue those points? These are necessary principles for a sane and functional society, and any religiou OR non religious person should have no problem with any other person who adheres to those concepts .... unless you have a death wish, enjoy the art of dishonesty, love to be cheated, and rejoice in antisocial behavior.

Secondly, whether you believe in God and Satan, or recognize that there is evil in this world, celebrating Satanic cults is either a demonstration of your own demented and twisted minds, or a confession as to your ignorance of the inner workings and pure evil associated with satanic rituals which include human sacrifice ... often involving small children.

This has nothing to do with what you believe personally, but what they believe! It doesn't matter if you believe that satan is a mythical figure ... if they believe they receive supernatural power from sacrificing children to this mythical entity, it makes little difference to the murdered children, does it?

By whatever name you choose to call it, evil surely does exist, and it takes little searching to find plenty of examples. This celebration of satanism on this thread is a disturbing display of either pure stupidity or pure evil, and likely a combination of both.

Methinks you aren't aware what the TEN commandments are saying - right off the bat as it were.

Don't steal? Don't murder? Don't lie?

Good stuff.

Don't have any other gods but me? No graven images? Keep the Sabbath?

Uh...waitaminute here.

That is to say, you're being dishonest in your posts to push your agenda, or you're simply being ignorant in your beliefs in not seeing the real truth about those "commandments".

Maybe a monument containing a small subset of the "commandments" with all references to anything approaching religious could be devised and relabeled "Rules for a Respectful Life" or something.

BTW - my Dear Ol' Ma was a member of a Christian church that said the Sabbath was Saturday, not Sunday.

Who was remembering wrong?

BTW, part II - I quoted the word "commandments" because you apparently don't understand that a "commandment" necessarily must come from something, like your god. Those of us who think stealing and murdering aren't really good things to do none-the-less scratch our heads at the idea that "commandment" is neutral in religious tone.

Do you understand?

Probably not.

Personally, I'd like to see ole Lucifer be one of those fainting goats. Every now and then a kid would sit on his lap and he'd fall over!

No graven images as found in the Ten Commandments. Aren't Ten Commandments monuments in violation of one of those commandments?

sorry. none of this is relevant, so I didn't read it. you are missing the point completely. why even respond with such drivel. no religion has cornered the market on morality. Christianity, specifically, is not the one true guide to morality. and no religion should be endorsed on public grounds.

exactly. no "descent person" should be offended unless they are a descent person who doesn't follow one of the Abrahamic religions. but who cares about those heathens anyway
