Great Freedom of the press and freedom of speech discussion.

Here is another great freedom, the freedom not to buy.

Sure, but I didn't see anybody complaining about being forced to buy.

Ah freedom of logic...it's a great thing.

I not only LOVE Rolling Stone (25 year subscriber), and will not boycott it by any means, I'm not gonna cast aspersions until I read the piece.

So he wasn't the best choice for the cover....intended to provoke I'm sure. But I'm not gonna get heartburn over it.

I love Rolling Stone but for them to lower the bar like this is unreal. And I think it has to do with his "underground" celebrity. Females all but forgive the dude for his actions because they think he is "cute" or "sexy"....and I just can't shake the idea that RS is pandering to this sentiment. Almost glorifying it as "punk".
The caption calls him a monster.

If you write a story about someone, why is it wrong to publish his photo?

Do you oppose books with Hitler's likeness on it

You guys are wayyy to skin thinned. Man up.

I won't read the magazine again, not even if the choice is that or Knitting World at my dentists office.

And they call him a monster. Take things in context and relax, people. We have waaay more serious things to deal with than this.

Nonsense. No truth to that.

Furthermore, so what if he did? It ain't like Breitbart was around to see it.

That cover should help newstand sales. That is what it is supposed to do. I expect no more or less from business.
