Well he's in charge for some things I'd say. But the military/CIA basically gets to do what they want.
I'm not defending Obama on this, but it isn't as if he had the master plan for this.
True -- just like Clintons -- he's part of it all but he also is a puppet too. They're all puppets but perfectly happy to play their part and promote all this. I beleive both Bush presidents were also puppets of this group.

because of the reason we have three branches of government. Abuse of power .the supreme court is supposed to limit this by congress and president. In this case its a abuse by both congress and presidents;IMO.
