Why are you people putting down the dead ambassador?
It was Stevens who was begging for more security, warning the State Dept about his grave concerns over imminent future attacks. Chris was a brave and dedicated man, who was ignored and abandoned by the Obama admin, and he paid for their incompetence and indifference with his life.

Dear William, you do know about the Fort Hood shootings right. As Maj. Nidal Hasan began his shooting spree he yelled Allahu Akbar! Oh that's right, according to the Obama administration it was work place violence. The survivors even though on American soil they were left behind.

Osama Bin Laden is dead and Al-Quaeda is on the run! And that Benghazi attack thingie, oh that was because of a video.
Dear eRayP,

When you assert that I am wrong, why don't you stick to the topic in the thread instead of raising other issues that I have never commented on.

Try again with that line, it's been used and abused before then shot down in flames.
Who could have saved Stevens and Smith? Who could have responded within 20 minutes from the start of the attack?

What is this an add for losing weight? Why just LOOK at youse... ya just can't do it alone!

IF Obama can't defend and protect our ambassadors, then he has no business as commander and chief, but of course i knew that 4 years ago, when the little beggar first took office.

Let me see now the ambassador was killed and raped and you say he wasn't abandoned. Just what book are you using for a dictionary?

The other 3 were not abandoned? What the hell is it when you are left on your own under fire in a fire fight with no one coming because a stupid video needs to be paid for in blood?

I will tell you it is good thing I wasn't the pres that day..... I would have the guilty as charged right now, or that place would indeed be GLASS.
The forces would have had to respond within 20 minutes to save Stevens and Smith. Doherty was part of a rescue team.

Any President who is claiming that they can prevent the deaths of all our ambassadors, particularly those who are serving dangerous areas is not being upfront with the risks.

You fools who refuse to see the truth and continue to support obama will soon find out how wrong you are.'The little gay boy is in so deep now that nothing can save him. Just chill out, sit back and wait for the trial to begin. His days are numbered. All of his lies and corruption are finally catching up with him and he is on the way out. Then what are you going to say, sitting there with egg on your faces?

For Obama toe suckers to still defend him is indefensible.

It proves that nothing will open their eyes. It is completely futile to present facts. They will obfuscate and lie to spin it their way. Facts...don't...matter...to...them.

They completed the evacuation within 12 hours. My understanding they didn't have enough transport capability to remove everyone at once, so they had to leave in two groups. Clearly they made the decision to leave well before they finished the evacuation.

That is probably exactly what our State Department and Executive branch did. Every twenty minutes, for eight hours, they told themselves, "It's a good thing we didn't bother, because we couldn't have respond in time."

4:30 PM "We can't get help there in 20 min, so lets not do anything"
4:50 PM "It's a good thing we didn't bother, because we couldn't have respond in time anyway."

Five hours later.... "It's a good thing we didn't bother, because we couldn't have respond in time anyway. I'm sure glad we had this plan to not do anything, but what the hell, those civilians knew what they were getting into"

You forgot, "and what difference does it make because death is part of life."
