Fair enough try at counterpunching, but not quite up to the acceptable mark friend.
I suppose that's the reasom that almost 100% of all highly educated people are Liberals. It's because they are so ignorant, I suppose. LMAO.

I suppose the reason so many Conservative leaders are known for their intellectual brilliance is because the GOP is the party of "Smart" Like Sara Palin, Michelle Backman, Hermann Cain, How many times have I heard the right wingnuts extol the brilliance of Newt???? Ya, colonizing Mars, great one there Newt.
Listen, any party that could put up a corporate raider like Mitt for president, ain't the sharpest bunch in town. Ass to it their unassailable conviction that he couldn't lose and there you have it. A whole bunch of lame breained freakin idiots.

Of course he doesn't, that's why he openly admitted that only 3 owned up to being liberals. The implication was the other lacked the integrity to do so, but you missed that didn't you. He knows that they enjoy his healthy product so when you pit emotional satisfaction vs. P-R-I-N-C-I-P-L-E for a liberal they'll go for emotional satisfaction seven days of the week and twice on Sundays! You feel it's absurd, because you know that it proves liberals will COMPROMISE THEIR INTEGRITY (which they are almost bereft of anyway).

Pssst Iamme! Reread this first sentence of your quoted comment again. I left a special clue so you'd see where the continuity gets bumped off-track slightly. Your own HATE FOR CONSERVATIVES has built to such a fever-pitch and so much so, that you constructed a grammatically incorrect sentence as you started to become apoplectic. Sit down, relax and try shallow breathing and close your eyes and take yourself to a place of peace. Like...for example your liberal "big tent" where all the liberals gather. Ahhhhh! There now. Isn't that better!

How timely of me to have referenced the liberal "big tent". It's a lesson in hypocrisy where free speech rules as long as one's opinion agrees with the liberal view. That's tolerance? No. That's the worst kind of hypocritical exclusion. Talking about "core" beliefs!

It's always so easy to bounce you lefties off the intellectual walls. You simply lash out in anger unrelenting and when someone comes along advocating not for any political position, but for THE TRUTH...you're hapless and helpless as I previously said to someone else here. Oh well, more's the pity....... It's got impossible to have any meaningful and rational dscourse with lefties.
It's DISCRIMINATION.

It's not Free Speech. He could post signs, and even print his opinion on his menus to express his perspective.

When you actively charge one group of people more for the identical product than you charge another group, it is DISCRIMINATION.

Uh-huh. It's so funny when someone claiming to be on the high road and speaking from a place of unassailable intellectual superiority resorts to grade-school invective (and then refuses to own up to it).

FYI, it's impossible to condescend up.

You're wrong. Vernal is dinosaur land; lots of easily accessible fossil beds are all over the area. It's also popular as a canyon land outdoor area. It draws millions of tourists every year. And, as the article stated, it is also a oil and gas production area.

But none of that matters. Who wants to go into a joint where the owner wants to pick a political fight? The guy bragged about the one couple who bought a smoothie and paid his liberal tax, but he will never know how many of those thousands or cars full of people passing by never stopped after seeing his sign, and he never mentioned how many folks went into his place, saw the sign inside, and walked right out again.

You can always tell who the idiots are in a tourist town. They're the ones with closed signs on their fast food joints.

You'll never make that stick in a court of law. You must show a 'malicious intent'. There is a difference between plain discrimination and discrimination that is illegal. The owner did not require of ANYONE that they show proof of what political persuasion they are, so no "malicious intent" can be demonstrated and therefore there is no 'legal' discrimination. Discrimination based upon sex, race, religion, and nationality are against the law (or legal discrimination). Discrimination on politcal persuasion grounds is not in that same legal context. EXAMPLE; I put up a sign and announce that a meeting of all Republicans is being held at 2PM. You appear and are refused admission, because you admit to being a demonRAT. You have NOT got a case of legal discrimination. You tried to invade a "private" meeting and were refused entrance. End of story. You appeared at the owner's place of business. HHe posted a sign announcing two prices for two classes of customers. That's his right, UNLESS he did that in those few categories I noted to you. If you sought a job and he refused and said he doesn't hire demonRATs, THEN you'd have case of "workplace discrimination".

Then, as the owner noted verbally in the video, they pay the lesser price.
