You'll never make that stick in a court of law. You must show a 'malicious intent'. There is a difference between plain discrimination and discrimination that is illegal. The owner did not require of ANYONE that they show proof of what political persuasion they are, so no "malicious intent" can be demonstrated and therefore there is no 'legal' discrimination. Discrimination based upon sex, race, religion, and nationality are against the law (or legal discrimination). Discrimination on politcal persuasion grounds is not in that same legal context.
