I wonder what would happen if someone walked in wearing, say, an Obama cap and an "I *heart* drilling" T-shirt. Would they get charged 50 cents extra? Or would the owner's head just explode?

Again exclusion is the core of conservatism.
Disagree. Small federal government is the core. Anything else is just a redefinition. Anyone can call themselves what they want. The proof of what they are, is their actions.
It has been pointed out enough times, by those on both sides, that those who only want small government when it suits them are hypocrites.

It's always about policy.

What happens if a customer refuses to say what their political leanings are?

Another left winger expecting to attack other people yet don't expect fallout. I'm not thinking this post is possible but there will be unintended consequences but the left is incapable of thinking cause and effect so they are unable to comprehend that any change will always have unintended consequences. Unfortunately those unintended consequences will effect everyone.

And so we go with Obama as the puppet of the shadow government in control.

What on earth does this have to do with some coffee shop owner attempting to enforce conservative political correctness in his little corner of the world?

Well , if it WAS all about policy you would think the GOP would have one now, wouldn't you?????

They are not FOR anything but are just against everything. Any policy statements they have come up with are just unworkable half azzed stupidity. Just think about their main policy wonk Paul Ryan. His budget proposal that was approved by virtually 100% of the GOP idiots, has been debunked by virtually 100% of all economists. They call it Vodoo economics and that is exactly correct. You know, to the GOP what makes a brilliant GOPer is one who can breathe. It's just amazing an entire political party has been hijacked by intellectual incompetents.

"Small federal government is the core" LOL, they sure have you fooled. They have one and only one core and those who can't see it are BLIND as bats. Their core is exactly what has been the core of every single right wing party from every single country in history. Their aims do not change and neither do their methods

The entire and only purpose of the right is to support and hold up "The King". Period. They have no other aim. If this aim does benefit the people, as it rarely but sometimes can, then good. If this aim is severely bad for the people as it most often is then, too bad for them. This aim of holding up the Royality is paramount. The right has and will, lie, steal, murder and kill, start wars, overthrow other countries, commit various forms of genocide and actually do ANYTHING to meet that goal. If you think that is an exageration then you have never studied the history of Right Wing regimes in the world. Of course in the USA the right is tempered by a strong body of LAW and it would be difficult for them to do what they have done elsewhere but their aims are identical. They are an extremely dangerous force not just to the USA but to the entire world.

I'm very pleased to see them self destructing more and more every single day. Even though it will cause devastation to our economy I almost hope the idiots refuse to increase the debt limit. That will be curtains for them if they do it. It looks like they won't do it though. One of their masters, {Koch} came out today telling them not to do it. Since he is one of the main kings they serve I think they will most likely listen.

No, you're outdated on liberal men's fashion. It's distressed jeans with Che's face on the front of the t-shirts But what if they're Hispanic? Especially if they are..........*whispers* brown? Ah, easy. They're definitely here illegally, and don't speak, read, or write a word of English
We can only hope. Last time Democrats controlled the white house and both houses of Congress, the Democrats were absolutely destroyed 2 years later. This sets up for a total GOP sweep in 2016.
