The Federal Circuit Court for the District of Columbia has rule unanimously that the EPA has the right to regulate greenhouse gasses and the way they're doing it is perfectly correct. In this ruling, they rejected a challenge brought by several industries, interests groups and a lot of the states.

Petitioners, various states and industry groups, challenge all these rules, arguing that they are based on improper constructions of the CAA (Clean Air Act) and are otherwise arbitrary and capricious. But for the reasons set forth below, we conclude: 1) the Endangerment Finding and Tailpipe Rule are neither arbitrary nor capricious; 2) EPA’s interpretation of the governing CAA provisions is unambiguously correct; and 3) no petitioner has standing to challenge the Timing and Tailoring Rules. We thus dismiss for lack of jurisdiction all petitions for review of the Timing and Tailoring Rules, and deny the remainder of the petitions.

Huh? Nothing in this ruling means anything about the size of government, nor it is a left/right issue.

And, the Clean Air Act has been around since 1963.

Win for Obama means Americans lose out. That is how he has positioned himself. No shock to those who knew what a communist America hating fraud this guy was from the onset.

They did state that the assumptions made by those concerning the data and the outcome were overzealous, but over all this is a big fail for the American people. You have been subverted and more controls have been placed on you resulting in more power for those who rule over you. Don't think you are ruled? Well, you are an idiot... which is why you are ruled.

Yep, the EPA is a political organization used to serve political purpose. The environmental wackos and communists will surely rejoice, but... in the end the result is... we are their slaves... Or we fight and eliminate them. Knowing how people are these days, I vote slaves. People get what they deserve.

Maybe you cant comprehend that they are now wanting to regulate greenhouse gases.. Are you telling me they've been doing that for 50 years? I think not

Do you think they can regulate more stuff and not get bigger?

I don't think these lefties will be hailing these EPA regs here in a year or two when heating bills are up around a thousand bucks a month. Of course they will blame the current president Romney for the problem then. Or Bush.
