I have read the document. The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't go far enough. These kinds of agreements never do.

We won't have to worry about that. The current drought, and the ones to come, are/will take care of the cow farts rather effectively.

Actually, alterntiave energy sources currently account for about 15% of our total energy resources. And that is climbing. Why to you think that is a bad thing? Do you want to be married at the hip to Middle East oil forever?

Just what I said, we're WAY behind. It will take 10 times what we are dping to just keep up with the rest of the world.

You wingnuts, with your "freedom means we can burn all the fossil fuels we want to" are hurting the development of the energy sources we need in 40, 50 years. Peak oil is in sight.

As a former environmental consultant, it is my experience that people who say things like "The EPA should be abolished as useless waste" are completely clueless as to how much good they do for us all, or else are hiding something they don't want anyone to know (such as where they dumped their last oil or antifreeze change).
