That's union employment at rebuilding infrastructure.

The 151 weeks of unemployment is for non union people.

Default obama ran off a list of "broken infrastructure". Where did the last $800 BILLION go?

It was the same argument as the "stimulus bill".

"Roads and bridges are falling apart!"

I especially love the part about "China's building faster trains than us!"

American's don't take trains, we fly you numbskull!

Nothing will get done because the Repukes will never help the opposition. We are heading into an election year and the last thing the Republicans are going to do is enable Obama to fix the country's economic problems and pick up steam before the elections. Meanwhile the Repukes are earning top salaries doing nothing and getting kickbacks from their corporate buddies. They bend over backwards for the large corporations and the Chinese. They don't care about you and me and my neighbor and your neighbor- you know, the average Joe. Its all about the 'brotherhood', their party. This goes for the Democraps, too. ITS TIME FOR A THIRD PARTY. NEW PEOPLE. FRESH IDEAS. STOP SELLING OUT.

-Cheers.

Great speech. President Obama came out fighting.
Give me a break i know most people (most people San Diego is a rare exception) people from CA are insane but damn blame everyone else for YOUR problems. No wonder california has 12% unemployment and is 2nd highest in the nation well losing 5 business per WEEK yes WEEK. Heaven knows how many small businesses leave too they don't document those

Edit: Just to prove reality to Californiastan we need to pass a law removing that state from the country and giving it all the powers of a country and see how fast they go bankrupt. Socialism doesn't work it will always fail when the money runs out

People have got to stop bellyaching about his "all talk and no action".

I mean really, I can't handle any more of his actions!!!

The few things he put his name on have damn near ruined this country already. Let the guy do nothing in his final year until we can get someone in there with less damage potential!

theres an old phrase i love to use. A toaster would do a better job than Obama. Why? Cause the Toaster wouldn't screw things up more.

Smart Americans would fault him for that.

At one point Obama said this wasn't the time to raise taxes and it got applause but Boner didn't join in. Is he in favor of raising taxes?

That's the point. Airplanes are far less efficient than trains. If we had high-speed trains, like China, we could move more people in less time with less fuel than we do now with planes.
