He's been campaigning for 6 months now. He's out of ideas...since his big ones failed miserably. Remember, he's been pivoting towards jobs for 2 years now.

Just think, if he hadn't wasted a whole year on shoving obamacare down our throats and concentrated instead on jobs, we might have a completely different economy now.

Of course, his anti-business regulations are a big factor in why business is sitting on the sidelines now.

This is obama's daily approval rating on his job performance, which the Gallup has been using for years to gauge voter (well, adults here) sentiment.

Go ahead...email Gallup and tell them the poll is meaningless.

But your response is what I would expect from this really bad news for obama - deflection.
No need to email Gallup, we ALL know polls this far out are meaningless.....EVEN YOU!

There's still a few points of UBL bounce in those numbers, but it's gradually wearing off...

Sorry, not presidential trackers. They give a great snapshot of what the electorate is thinking today. And today, obama would lose brilliantly.

I know you want to deflect from this really horrendous polling data...and Gallup is not the only one.

Oh dear.

Actually she's not.

There is a big difference between a head to head approval poll, and a day to day approval poll. One has an opponent, the other one doesnt.

You can look at approval ratings separate from reelection campaigns and such. Liberals LOVED to tout Bush's ending approval ratings, and it's not like he was running for president again. Which, BTW, isn't Obama heading into those same (dis)approval ratings that Bush had at the end of his presidency?

Now, I know better than to make predictions on future elections, but if only 39% of the populace approves of Obama's job performance, this isn't a good sign for the 2012 elections if you're an Obama fan.

she is.

because its just one day, and the election is 15 months from now.

as sanrene stated in 08, numbers this far out are irrelevant.

but then she comes in today with a poll saying a poll a year out from the election is relevant?

she also continues to dodge my statements on rick perry because she knows they are true.
