It is what I expected the state had no case against her. it was all guess work and fortunately the jury didn't convict her on emotions but did their job and based it on the evidence of which there was none. I hope they give her time served and call it a day.
wow... this is why I don't like jury systems but at the same time it is necessary... the problem with juries are that they are filled with idiots that often get it wrong... seeing this an OJ... does anyone have a solution for idiot jurors?
And she's shown SMILING after the verdict.....even if she wasn't guilty, who could smile after losing a child like that? I don't think I would ever be able to smile again.
The fact that she was happily out partying and getting tattoos while her child was missing, and now smiling after reliving all of it....just proves that she's an evil psychopath. Karma is a ***** and it would serve her right if she stepped in front of a bus upon leaving the courthouse.
I'm still in shock that they found her not guilty. I'm wondering where she'll go from here; is she going to go back to the home where she was molested by her father? Most likely she's going to cash in on this and end up being a very rich woman. She's going to do interviews everywhere, write a book and make a movie.
I know next to nothing about this case (all I really know is that the victim was a 2 year old girl), but if she was as guilty as everyone is thinking she is why wasn't this case a walk in the park for the prosecution? What proof is there of her being guilty or is the majority of the people who are angry with this verdict agree for emotional reasons?

There's 12 people on the jury. They're not all idiots. Quite frankly, juries are made up of largely of older people who want to give punishment. The prosecution didn't prove their case. A cop had to be called 3 times to come on look at the body of the poor girl.
The government has to prove it's case to 12 citizens before the state is allowed to remove most rights from a person. They didn't prove their case.
I bet she's in at least one adult film within 2 years.
