You don't PAY for tax cuts.
Those tax cuts have been in the system for almost 10 years now.
Don't count on money you don't have and is not yours.

Those tax cuts allowed Americans to keep more of their paychecks.
And with raises non-existent those cuts sure come in handy.

We can tax that too.

So would you stay on unemployment until another job came along at 100% of your old salary ?

That's psychotic, that's like saying that you don't pay for something when you pay for it with debt. Every year the US takes out more debt to fund programs that could be paid for with that tax money, and eventually it will need to be paid back (plus interest)!

If it's okay to take massive amounts of debt for this, why not the minuscule amount in comparison for unemployment? Considering that repubs ran on the platform of balancing budgets.

If the stimulus would have worked like it was suppose to then everyone would have jobs.

Thanks to the dems who CONTROLLED CONGRESS for the last 4 years and the stupid fool in the WH they failed to deliver JOBS as they promised.

You failed to point out that your party was in charge for the last 2 years and ruined all those jobs, more of became unemployed under your partys watch and if anything it is the FAILURES of the demwit party and Obama to create jobs as promised.

Maybe the dems will write you a check using our stimulus money instead of taking billion dollar trips around the world like the idiot did.

Do you know how many people could have lived off a small portion of the money your POS Obama just spent?

Merry Christmas from the party of Hell No who has now had two recessions in the 4 years they controlled congress.

Nice try, but it wont work, the excuses and blame just got your party a huge loss this month.

Cry me a river and thank Obama for losing 9 million jobs.

The Christmas gift you got was come Jan 1 your party of failure will no longer be able to control the spending and huge debt and us Americans get nothing for it.

Funny that the left wing loons are for religion if it is Muslim and not for religion of it is any other religion.

The wasteful spending by this admin and this congress should never be forgotten.

Congress keeps yelling "Emergency Spending".

There's stimulus money that can be used.
Stop the wasteful spending..rebuilding mosques around the world to play nice-nice with Muslims ?

No matter how much you give Congress..they will spend twice as much.
Don't you realize that yet ?
SS is full of IOU's as they "borrowed" that money.

They're living in a fantasy world in DC..they give the CBO magic numbers that always work out. Not 24 hours after a bill passes and all these "gotchas" come out of the woodwork that the CBO didn't know about.

Go ahead and let the Bush cuts expire. It won't solve the debt/deficit problem. The deficit commission gives their report and next year will see austerity measures come to the US, like it or not.
