You mean the system everybody pays into? What if no one wants insurance and therefore there will be no insurance agency? What are you going to do then?

Gee I assumed when you held union dues out of your son's pay check to "teach him a lesson" you were talking metaphorically! I didn't know your son really belonged to a union! Either you're talking in metaphor or your not.... Cuz I'm sure most landscapers making $20/ a lawn have full medical care from their employer.

Believe it or not, there are perspectives other than your own. Is there a community college nearby? They might be able to assist.

No, the Irish came to America because they could not feed their kids due to Potato Famine, and then became liberal Democrats. At one point in US history, New York had more Irish-born citizens than Dublin

Nice cut and paste from Wiki

Now, again, do you know, and UNDERSTAND, what Capitalism is? It STRONGLY appears you do not.

I'm saying private insurance companies offer unemployment insurance. I would pay into that system.

There is no guarantee that the people you mentioned will be taken care by government.

I doubt you can prove that in Ireland all of these people were not taken care of.
It was YOU that mentioned Ireland as a great example so its your turn to prove it. I guess you can't.

Actually, these people are being taken care of in western countries.
