they look interesting imo. they could possibly be cheaper given the location. otoh its a pretty short walk to the strip from there

I hope this doesn't work out, for the sole fact that as soon as they move in they will complain about the noise from Hot Mass – which is probably the best thing to happen to this city's dance music scene in the last decade.

The Hotel Monaco will be owned by a joint venture between PMC Property Group and the Kimpton KHP Fund III
