I think the progressive agenda and ineffective police chief led to additional problems in Philadelphia, but Houston politics are quite different, yet they still struggle with the same issues, and will likely take the title of "America's poorest big city" in this decade.

I think Philadelphia has a better shot at combating these issues with a proper approach. I think Houston has become a hot spot for everyone (for better or worse), whereas Philadelphia seems to be a relocating spot for generally established people, similar to Chicago, but I may be wrong. I am looking at this present day, not historically.
I would imagine homelessness, especially out in the open, is worse in warm weather climates in general for obvious reasons. The problems in CA cities has been highly politicized for propaganda purposes, but it likely exists in the same way in places like Houston.

Like all of them. It was a thing. They bussed them over.

This one from Yardley was terrorizing Bucks County and NJ -

I'd love to hear he gets to spend 20 years behind bars. The soft on crime crowd doesn't seem to care how scum like this affects everyday citizens.

The warm weather today, tomorrow, and Thursday concerns me when crime was high during frigid cold and rainy weather

People need to realize that a lot of the violent crime isn't drug-related, it's ghetto-thug culture driven by people who lack impulse and emotional control. It's normal in their world to shoot or assault people over any number of perceived slights.
People are getting shot now after traffic accidents.

Aww, c'mon! That's the thrill of living in the city - anything can happen and you get to meet new people.
