My mother kept a little notebook when I was an infant recording what I ate and drank. She gave me orange juice when I was FIVE DAYS OLD.

I'll be 53 in August. I've been in the hospital twice in my life--when I was born, and when I gave birth. Good thing for my mother--I probably coulda sued her!

Cereal doesn't count as a meal. Neither does a value meal, unless it's just some days. Poor diets can be blamed for overweight kids. They're fed junk, therefore they're not very entergetic so they eat more and feel lazy. They perform poor in school. Or underweight kids.

Cook your kids 3 meals a day.
So, if I stick the cereal in the microwave before serving it to the kiddies, does that count as cooking a meal?

Its holidays here and so we are allowing sugary breakfast cerials.
Coco pops, some terrible looking coloured ring things, If they have seen it on TV or at a friends house then I think we probably have it right now.
And chocolate paste on white bread. They found something worse (more chocolaty) than nutella.

I guess we fail on the 3 cooked meals per day.

We even had

wait for it

Ice cream for dessert last night. (Normally we do not have dessert)

I'm not past page two reading. Suddenly got a craving for my Multigrane Cheerios with fresh fruit.

While I'm eating my bowl of Cheerios that are 100% fortified with vitamins and minerals, the OP can clog her children's arteries with eggs each day.

One of my favorite "cooked" breakfasts is left-over pizza. Nom-nom!

When I worked a night shift, I would finish about 3am and buy a pie with peas and tomatoe sauce (Ketchup?) on the way home.

Now do I file that as Breakfast or dinner?

My mom let us have chocolate cake (it was homemade, maybe that makes it better?). But we would also have cottage cheese with it too.

My DH thinks that's disgusting - I just don't understand why - they seem to be a perfect combo.
