As for lunch:

My kids love hummus or peanut butter in little pots with carrots, celery or crackers. Their fave is a ploughman's type lunch with a bunch of different things on the plate, a few bites of cheeses, meats, fruit, veggies. They are also into wraps now, and I'll often spread hummus in first, then lettuce or what-have-you. It's hard to keep lunches interesting, especially when they take them to school every day. We have been messing around with cold soups, those are hit and miss, but we have fun making them.
