^^^ I marked my vacuum cleaner in a special way to make sure I got the "same" one returned after it was in for repairs and a tuneup. I didn't want someone else's machine!

Will find out tomorrow afternoon when I take it back and yes it is an authorized repair service center picked by Dyson. Which I plan on calling them to tell them what I've been through with Sears maybe they won't be for long. Thanks for the huggie I really needed it just now.
gotta go to the chiropractor this morning and get the bones put back into place.
Well,,,, it worked out that I went in without any pain but I was able to walk out with a pain. It will improve over the night and tomorrow I'll feel like a new man.
