Today's Random Question(s):
Something you daydream about:

Many things.

Did you sit on Santa's lap as a kid?

Yes.

What's something you have a knack for?

I remember things that others don't. For example someone will say something like, "It was about 10 years ago" and I'll say, "No, it was early September of 2005" and then give them random details why: what someone was wearing at the time, what someone was eating, etc. Sometimes they look at me in shock and ask how could I possibly remember that. Everyone says, "Ask Kim, she'll know".

How deep is the deepest water you ever swam in?

Nothing more than a standard pool. Natural bodies of water creep me out. I'll wade in the ocean, but that's about it. Even watching a movie where someone is swimming in a lake makes my skin crawl.

What was a last or recent offline conversation about?

Christmas stuff.

Have you ever climbed over a fence? If so, when or why, for instance?

Last year I locked myself outside of my house and had to climb the locked gate to get to the back yard. Then I had to break a window to get back inside.

Have you noticed more drivers not going when a traffic light turns green because they're fiddling with a smartphone?

Yes.

Foodie Question(s):
What kind of cake do you like for your birthday?

As long as it has buttercream frosting, I almost don't care.

Name or describe a restaurant you wish was near where you live but isn't:

My neighborhood needs Smashburger, a clean Taco Cabana (we have one but it's dirty so I don't go there) and Pollo Tropical, but that last one has been closing locations which I'm not happy about. I'm not expecting it.

Not what it sounds like. Their last batch of feed made them a little gassy.
You don't want to ride in the sleigh behind them.
Don't worry. They'll be ready for Saturday night!

Today's Random Question(s):
Something you daydream about: Owning a cottage at the lake

Did you sit on Santa's lap as a kid? Don't remember, but probably not. Being very shy, I probably stood a ways away.

What's something you have a knack for? Teaching

How deep is the deepest water you ever swam in? Never jumped in from a boat, so not too deep. Deep end in our pool is 8 to 9 feet, I think.

What was a last or recent offline conversation about? Called my cousin last night and she was out with the horses, so I talked with her daughter who had just come home from California. We talked about getting together on Christmas Eve.

Have you ever climbed over a fence? If so, when or why, for instance? Many times, I grew up on a farm. Climbed over instead of walking further to get to the gate.

Have you noticed more drivers not going when a traffic light turns green because they're fiddling with a smartphone? Oh, don't get me started......

Foodie Question(s):
What kind of cake do you like for your birthday? This morning I'll say a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, please & thank you!

Name or describe a restaurant you wish was near where you live but isn't: Small, family run... Uses produce from their gardens.

Being rich so I could have a get away home on my own private lake.

Did you sit on Santa's lap as a kid?

Sure, I remember it too.

As a teen we used to cut class and go to an abandoned rock quarry, it was said to be over 100 feet deep.

What was a last or recent offline conversation about?

My wife a minute ago discussing a visit by our neice who will stay with us on Christmas Eve.

Have you ever climbed over a fence? If so, when or why, for instance?

Sure, many times. Last summer while at the dog park we saw a stray dog inside another fenced in area. I jumped over to try to capture it, um....didn't go so well.

Have you noticed more drivers not going when a traffic light turns green because they're fiddling with a smartphone?

More than when? More than 2 years ago? No. More than 15 years ago, Hell yes.

Foodie Question(s):
What kind of cake do you like for your birthday?

I like regular old birthday cake.

Name or describe a restaurant you wish was near where you live but isn't:

Living in a rural small town is beautiful but it does have it's draw backs. Last night I really wanted to get some ethnic carry out. Labenese, something like that. Alas we ended up with pizza.

What's something you have a knack for? I think nothing although I've tried just about everything.

How deep is the deepest water you ever swam in? I really have no idea.

What was a last or recent offline conversation about? I don't know but I'm sure it had to be over the telephone. Is that offline?

Have you ever climbed over a fence? If so, when or why, for instance? In my youth on the farm I've climbed more than a few fences but I'm sure it was less than a million. I used to run and jump barbed wire fences and occasionally I did that successfully.

Have you noticed more drivers not going when a traffic light turns green because they're fiddling with a smartphone? Sure but, I've had so much trouble with Windows 10 drivers in the past month, at first I thought we were talking about PC operating system drivers. )
