I don't think anyone is saying an HOA can or will allow this.

Whoa! What happened to this thread? Well anyway I just came to here to say I went to a Wawa for the first time tonight. Overall I was impressed, but what's with the 92 octane gas? Who does that?

Still above the "91" recommended by most premium auto manufacturers.

Just realizing I clicked on the wrong thread before I posted. No wonder the conversation seemed weird.

I can't believe how ignorant people are and how they lack even the smallest amount of common sense. Of course parking in YOUR driveway and blocking the SIDEWALK is illegal and stupid and should be ticketed. Anyone that stupid and inconsiderate should be towed. Sidewalks are for pedestrians to walk on not for lazy jerks who are to sloppy to pull their cars forward enough to stay off the sidewalk. My wife is disabled and can't even walk in our neighborhood because of Morons like this who have a driveway large enough to accomodate 4 cars if they would pull up closer to their garage. But I guess handicapped and disabled people don't count to these selfish jerks. Human Beings, please wake up and use the brain God gave you!!! There's no excuse for it, park in the street. I hope they start cracking down on all offenders.

Default It's Illegal and ignorant!

There's no excuse for blocking a sidewalk with your car. They should start towing these ignorant and inconsiderate jerks who do this! People need to wake up and get some common sense. What about handicapped and disabled people who would like to access the sidewalk, did you bother to think about that?

Does this law apply to all of Florida~? What happens if you own a property there somewhere in Florida but don't live there year around, and this has happened in your driveway~? Whose responsible then, the car owner or the people's property~? I'm thinking of purchasing a condo somewhere in Florida and have been looking in different areas. I know one area I looked at in Delray, their community had strict rules of how long you could park on the street and how you had to park. Thanks for the info.
