Look at it more closely. It's not the kind of camper that fits on a pickup. A flatbed truck, maybe, but I'd bet it needs axles and wheels.

It looks like the frame and axle is sitting behind it.

Except it isn't a pick up camper. It looks like it mounts on a flat bed or a trailer. probably the undercarriage/axles needed work.

Here is a wonderment. Is this for rocking the babies to sleep? Is it going through an over-haul? Maybe it's for okies who now live in a stick house, so they can got off the addiction to trailers in baby steps like Trailers Anonymous or something.
If you look real close at the bottom were the straps are, there is a wheel well thats coverd by a plank of wood and the traler or fame is behind it. And frame thats holding it up is called a engine block "A" frame. We back-yard mechanics use they all the time.

A double-sided A frame? All I've ever seen are the ones that have a single arm to hold the engine block - in fact, I have one in my garage. That one really is big enough to hold a shallow draft fishing boat, and that's the only place I've seen anything like that, in a dry dock. And my camper, while it has wheels and axles, doesn't have wheel wells. It sits above them, so it can be jacked up and the wheels changed when necessary.

So - where've you been? We've missed you.

Those are called "cherry pickers"......... A Frames are shaped like an "A" or a "swing set"
