Default Veto Proof

Because the Senate already has a veto proof majority and the House budget passed with the votes of enough democrats to make it veto proof, there is a good chance that this will pass even if Perdue does veto it.

I just skimmed the bill and it appears that they left themselves an out to the EB altogether if the Federal Government passes the bill that would allow states a choice to use the money to pay off state debt versus paying the benefits to the unemployed. Check out Section 8.(c)

I find it hard to believe that would pass the senate and an Obama veto
